He was born in Baroda, a small town of Rajasthan to a Hindu middle-class family. His father is Natholi Ram Singh Basuoawal and his mother is Kiran Devi.
He completed a diploma course in Computer Application. Later pursued his dream of acting at the National School of Drama.
